Shoe designer Jonathan Kelsey, writer Gregory De Roeck and director Sara Dunlop have come together to create “High”, a film inspired by Jonathan Kelsey, the shoe brand.
The full film will launch on www.showstudio.com at 6pm on Wednesday the 15th July 2009.
Is this the new wave of luxury brand advertising? Maybe. This film focusses on Kelsey's 'edgy aesthetic', according to film maker Sara Dunlop the film has a strong narrative, setting it apart from other fashion short films. According to the press release the film 'takes a menacing turn when one woman goes after her next fix'.
