Miley skirts around the issue

I don't really get Miley Cyrus, so she's young and going out with one of the Jonas Brothers, or she was oh and there was something about her getting a little too undressed in a photoshoot.

Anyway, she's on the cover of Seventeen rocking a Marc Jacobs skirt with a bow front, which to me is quite Jojo & Malou ad equally quite ace, its £235, I'm just hoping some make it to the sales!
